#54 Hula Hoop It!






Hula Hoop it!  Seriously do!  When is the last time you picked up a hula hoop let alone tried to hula it around and around?

Try this out - grab yourself a hula hoop if you don't already have one and commit to it.  Commit to hula hooping for as little as three minutes a day for the first week, then five minutes the second week, and then seven the third week.  You will notice the difference - on all fronts.  Hula Hooping is an efficient and energizing workout that improves agility while burning fat.  And best of all it is difficult not to smile, let alone laugh while doing it.  So have some childhood fun and return to this once popular past- time. 

PS:  If you don't laugh - your kids will definately do so!
