#63 Dance, Dance, Dance!

 
 
Need a little uplift and a little exercise?  Put on your favourite music and boogie! 

That's right - dance.  Dance by yourself, dance with your partner, or dance with your two year old!  When I dance with my children, it's especially fun because watching their dance moves is hilarious.

Dancing - breaking out the moves - even if you are all by yourself is very liberating.  Did you know that dancing integrates both the left and right hemispheres of your brain? And that research has shown that dancing with your mate can boost your immune system?

So, are your ready?   One, two...cha cha cha.....
